Well, both the cross-border raids and the blockade disappear if there is no

internal "border." That doesn't mean violence and terrorism disappear.

I've only recently had this particular "one-state" solution explained to me; before the only answer I could see was a two-state solution and I was rather vociferous about it. I thought "one-state" meant either exclusion of all Palestinians or exclusion of all Jews; the idea of a single secular state inclusive of all hadn't occurred to me.

I can see many reasons why it won't work and never will, primarily hatred and bigotry and absolutism, but no more than all the reasons we have already seen why the status quo won't work, and no more than all the reasons we're told a "two-state" solution won't work.
