It would probably help those of us who don't need any help get more $$ but

Screw tens of millions of non-investment-savvy seniors and leave them in poverty. Why it's a non-starter outside the Chamber crowd and those fool enough to buy platitudes like "personal responsibility" as public policy ideas.

Most of us already have CSC's idea -- it's called a 401K. Only upper middle class and upper class people use them or contribute to them, and 2008 showed how "safe" they can be for seniors.
