Yeah pushing the the theory that people died because some

Bureaucrat was somehow reducing water flow to properties owned by rich white people in favor of poor indigenous citizens.
Boca destroyed the theory just by pointing out where the fire was and that it was largely indigenous Hawaiians impacted. I think the new king came shortly after that.
