Yes and I appreciate that perspective on human psychology but I also

believe that any system run by humans can be perverted. I wonder if the same psychology patterns he references from other lottery-based selection systems would continue to work the same way where real power was involved.
And of course, it’s one thing for elected bodies, but do we want to select a president this way? Or a governor, or even a mayor?
