I mentioned this possibility couple of times before. i think at certain

Level our government is too complex for randomly selected people to take on. However when people like tuberville, Walker, etc could be senator, it does give this idea some support. I wouldn't mind seeing maybe we elect House by lots. However I'm not sure people should able to be opt out of serving. I think that'll still tilt the field to less capable and higher egotistic people to want to be public office holder.
