But, yeah, I do think it’s possible that it could work at any level. Folks come into office without truly relevant experience all the time. They rely on civil servants and institutional knowledge. The psychology Grant talks about suggests leaders would be more humble in relying on that.

The problem now - too many come to office deeply impressed with themselves and having no idea what they don’t know. Or just thinking what they don’t know doesn’t matter.
