I view it more as the right to practice birth control so you can get your fuck on without having to worry about an unwanted pregnancy that can be catastrophic for everyone involved, including the fetus that an increasing number of states will no longer allow you to abort.

That is fundamentally different than saying you have a protected right to buy vanilla ice cream. It’s more analogous to states passing a law saying you are forbidden from eating food.

Couple that with the fact that these religious creeps absolutely want to ban or limit contraception along with everything else their creepy puritanical churches disapprove of. No thank you. Some things don’t lend themselves to a vote by old, out-of-touch, predominantly white Christian male state legislatures to decide, and that is one of them. That is why we have constitutional rights.
