a tattoo or prostitution or gambling or a car or a baseball bat or a stuffed bald eagle or vitamin D or eating raw oysters or a myriad of other consumable items or activities. Contraceptives are something a consumer might want to use for their own enjoyment / benefit. I don't see what that item should be elevated to a "right" above the myraid of other things that people might want to use or do for their benefit. We don't act like there is or should be a constitutional right to have vitamin K.

We should not have laws that unreasonably restrict most things but we also shouldn't need federal legislation trying to instantiate some "right" to them either.
