Fireworks are equally wrong, and while states allow alcohol and

Weed (increasingly), they don’t allow you to drive under their influence. Laws about eagles helped bring that species back from the brink.

There is absolutely no valid analogy for a state being allowed to dictate the intimate details of couples in their private lives.

There is no justification for it in the USA in 2022.
