Are you serious? You think using birth control to have a healthy sex life

Is somehow analogous to injecting a highly addictive street drug that can kill you?

It’s as basic a privacy right as there is and no state should even be able to force the religion of their legislators onto others by banning it. Just like no state should be able to arrest someone for getting blown in the privacy of their own home (or a gay couple having sex) like the pre Lawrence v. Texas “sodomy” laws forbade as crimes.
