We have mamdates to get more young and healthy people


into the pool so that everyone's insurance rates go down or at least stabilize, and to reduce the cost to taxpayors and the insured from paying for urgent health care of uninsured who can't pay the bill. I think I have posted this at least three times today.

My question about whether you pay taxes is that your approach would seem to maximize cost to tax payors
