If you are going to provide subsidized Healthcare to millions of Americans

the money has to come from somewhere. Since taxation is the method by which GOVCO is financed...the taxpayers will be paying for this subsidy. We can have endless arguments as to whether or not healthcare is a human right. We can hear arguments that good quality diagnostic and lifelong healthcare will actually lower the cost in the long run. We can hear about how limiting medical malpractice and selling insurance across state lines will save money. None of that matters...free and voucher assisted healthcare will cost taxpayers money. Something has to taken from one group and given to another. We can argue as to whether that is the right and moral path, but it is reality that somebody is paying.
