He doesn't address how to get everyone in the pool. I heard him last night


talking about having high risk pools for patients who need that. That would expand costs for those people tremendously. Spreading out the risk is how you keep the costs of insurance low.

There is no statement in there about what must be covered. There needs to agreement on minimum coverage.

He has some bullshit statement about preserving conscience. I suppose that means keeping your employers' religious freedom intact by not making them pay for birth control.

What does the statement about the Hyde amendment have to do with ANYTHING when what he's describing is private coverage?
