So, lockerrooms are included. And you don't have to have any "diagnosis"

or any medical treatment.

"Schools should let transgender students use bathrooms, locker rooms and other sex-segregated facilities consistent with their gender identity, according to the guidance. Staff should address transgender students by their preferred names and pronouns. Schools cannot require students to have a medical diagnosis, undergo any medical treatment, or produce a birth certificate before treating them consistent with their gender identity, the guidance states."

We all knew this was where it was going, though some tried to argue that lockerrooms might be different or you had to be diagnosed as transgendered, or have undergone some kind of hormone therapy to qualify.

Nope, no sex segregated spaces - if you are a dude who "identifies" as a girl today, shower with the girls.

This is very unlikely to ever cause any problems though. High school kids will never abuse a policy like this.
