Yep, you screw them over, use it as proof that Ocare doesn't work, giving

the GOP ammunition to overturn it and replace it with whatever wonderful, "pull yourselves up by your bootstraps" system they claim they'll put in place, all so they can continue to get elected. Quite brilliant if the court goes along with it.
