I agree with that. However, discrediting ideas like Obama was born in Kenya
like vaccines cause autism, like George Bush conspired to destroy the WTC, like Justice Scalia was murdered, like jet contrails that crisscross the sky in Arizona are actually chemicals being sprayed by the government, like the HAARP facility in Alaska is being used to alter the weather, like the moon landing was faked, and on and on....is NOT an attack on the working class. My sister-in-law, for example, who believes a lot of this nonsense, is college educated and quite well off financially. The vaccine autism thing is spouted most often by my liberal acquaintances in Seattle, in my own experience.
No, these ideas are bullshit no matter who believes them. My concern is the same as Sixer's. The crazy stuff needs to be driven back to the fringe. The fact that a lot of folks believe them doesn't bode well for the country.
