I wish I understood what you’re hanging your hat on there.


I’m admittedly a serial pessimist - any game I really care about, I always go in expecting the worst. Must be some sort of defense mechanism - I can only be pleasantly surprised after getting my disappointment out of the way before the opening tip.

But man, I get polls can be dicey in terms of crystal ball value, but all indications look negative for Biden to me. Trump leads these polls in every category mattering to voters but abortion rights, and I don’t know that’s going to save the day.

We’ve had a lot of elections in our history that went the opposite direction from all indicators 6 mths out. But I feel a definitive prediction Biden wins is on a wing and prayer that’s what’s going to happen - another case of wondering why the election reflected such different results from pre election polling. I hope that happens. I can’t count on it.
