Already done in this state in 1970. Which is why fetal viability is the


standard. We've seen what other legislatures elsewhere have done. Abortion is now de facto illegal in the entire southeastern US (Virginia aside). We know there Trump's Justice Department will go with it; enforcement of the antiquated Comstock Act, no matter what the laws are in every state.

Women got screwed big time with the Dobbs decision. It makes my wife sick. As a young woman she worked for that freedom. It was hard won.
