for sure, the House Antisemitism Awareness that passed massively, plenty beyond that in the 'culture' vs legal system. I'm personally pretty aggressive on free speech in my armchair ignorant jurisprudence. Guns? I think they can be restricted more than they are, maybe you have a right to own a gun but what kind and the licensing can be restricted, super generally.

Politicization of the courts. I support access to abortion, certainly wasn't waiting for Roe v Wade to be revoked, but I think Roe v Wade was a wrong judicial decision that contributed to court politicization that came back around. Rights are fine, but the society has to agree on them before there's a stretch to add them imo in *most* circumstances or else it causes problems down the line.
