Incorrect (I think)
The "duties" test has been used to create exemptions for those earning over the baseline threshold who otherwise would still be entitled to overtime pay if working more than 40 hours per week. This test is still intact and will continue to be used for those who don't make the "highly compensated" threshold, but there is no exemption for those on salary making less than the new 47,476 number.
