Does this apply to lawyers? I know you city slickers won't believe it, but
there are a lot of lawyers earning less than $47k a year (young associates, public service lawyers, etc.). I saw an article stating that half of all lawyers start at a salary of less than $62k.
So if a lawyer puts in a day at the office and is home preparing for a trial the next day, is he/she now earning overtime?
Ditto mid-level management in a lot of companies, at home doing paperwork at night?
