Antisemitism? Huh? You think this guy’s presence represents latent antisemitism at a rally for Israel and against the spike in antisemitism which has coincided with the war?

Note the fallacy with your entire whaddabout here - I’m not encouraging anyone to disparage any protestor because of a reputation that person may have gleaned over time. I’m focused on actions and statements at protests themselves.

We were not pissed about “good people on both sides” because a person attending once made bigoted remarks. It was because supposed good people marched alongside chants of “Jews will not replace us”, or pure neonazi symbolism. Same here - if you are pro-Palestinian but find yourself among those chanting “death to Jews” or “river to sea”, you either exit stage left, or you are amplifying those messages. That’s the standard most of us held intrepid statue preservers to in the summer of 2017.

What did this guy actually say at the pro-Israel protest? I might agree with you, but it doesn’t change the realities here.

The notion that Israel and pro-Israel supporters are held to some lower standard of behavior is absurd in the extreme. Earth 3 thinking.
