But that's the point - only one side has to answer for anti-Semitism

It's taken as an article of faith that the pro-Israel side is the righteous, pro-Jewish side in this debate. That has the effect of providing cover for snakes like Hagee and glosses over the many, many Jews (in the U.S., Israel, and elsewhere) who are outraged at the violence being done in their name.
