What kind of sense does that make? What “conflation”?
Roske can say anything he wants, sure. He’s under indictment for attempted murder, so I doubt he has full access to the internet, but who’s preventing him from saying anything he wants, other than the fact that he’s in a lot of legal hot water?
Roske will be tried or he’ll plea. Who’s suggesting to you that they won’t accept whatever verdict and sentence the court hands down? Who’s telling you Roske can’t take the stand and say anything he wants, if he ignores counsel who I suspect would tell him to watch what he says?
