Should consider yourselves bound by the constitution. The constitution dictates how the judiciary works, not blind hyperpartisans like you. As Al Gore said when he conceded his loss the moment the Supreme Court ruled against him in his final appeal - he did not agree with the ruling, but as an American looking for the job of chief upholder of the Constitution of the US, he had no choice but to accept it. Which he did without hesitation. Including gaveling down on his own defeat on 1/6/21 over the odd, obscure objections from a few in Congress who were a bit less familiar with America civics.
The fact that you repeatedly shake your head at the very simple, fundamental (to American democracy) notion of adhering to the Constitution and its prescription for dispute resolution is all one needs to know to see the radicalism, the blatant anti-Americanism, in your posts. It is the core of Trumpistan’s project to destroy the American experiment in democracy.
