BTW, Congress did make such a law in 1978, the Presidential Records Act,
which clearly defines what are presidential and what are personal records (see my initial response to your post), and that law is still in the books. If Congress can’t make such a law why has no SCOTUS struck it down in 45 years? Try to apply at least some facts and logic to your assertions.
