Trump had the right to take whatever he wanted. Biden didn't have the right to take anything. That Biden allegedly "gave them back" after years of illegally possessing them doesn't mean that he didn't illegally possess them for years because that is exactly what he did.
Naturally, in our banana republic today, it's the latter -- who indisputably broke the law -- prosecuting the former, who indisputably did not break the law.
