You didn't address the Court's reasoning in 1972 regarding the Ninth
Amendment. There is, in fact, very little "simple reading" of the constitution. It's the job of the Court to say what the constitution means and how it applies. And for the Court to revert back to the Stone Age on a question like abortion makes no sense when women of that time didn't even have the rights as citizens to participate in the political process.
The Court recognized this in Roe. Their decision in Dobbs wasn't to establish some kind of judicial integrity based on Originalism. Rather it was based on the fact that several justices think it shouldn't be legal. That's it in a nutshell.
