We have the right not to be unreasonably searched in terms of agents of the
Government coming into your house. A right to “privacy” whereby you and a doctor are allowed to conspire to terminate a fetus is not in the constitution, however.
Are corporations people? No — easy one.
Free enterprise? It’s not constitutionally protected. I would certainly argue that free enterprise should be the “starting point/default” as a matter of public policy, and we should regulate from there as little as possible, but that’s going to be based on economics … there’s nothing in the constitution that would prevent the government from nationalizing the automobile industry, for instance (assuming duly passed legislation).
