That’s different conceptually
I think the court was actually correct In that case… The only argument in favor of upholding Roe was 50 years of recent history, which itself was created by Roe. I think allowing the Supreme Court to create its own cultural customs and then turn around and use that as the basis for later rulings is bad policy.
In this case, I do not see the logical argument that would allow the government to treat people/contracts differently based on sexual orientation.
