Except this gun didn’t start production until 1973. Look, the

simple fact is you guys aren’t going to get any support on banning guns if you don’t even know which guns do what. I bet if you asked every member of Congress what AR of AR-15 stands for they would say assault rifle. So excuse me if I don’t get all warm and fuzzy letting ignorance drive legislation.

Look, don’t take this as me being a prick or some gun nut. My history here shows I’m a big proponent of better gun regulation. There are better, more effective options than banning certain types of guns, options that won’t be hindered by 2A issues.
