And that makes two of us.

But what you or I can live with is irrelevant. In fact I think you hit it on the head. I could live without the Kardashians period. But much of the country can't. Which is why they are probably in the conversation for best self promoter. It works, and for those who'd prefer not to see him be president (particularly those actually working on the effort to block him), they'd better have a very healthy dose of respect for his abilities in this regard.
