Maybe there will be. The political maneuvering by repubs is nauseating,

But maybe we’re going to see many of the recently rejected border and immigration provisions placed back in via amendments. It would fit current repub psychosis - they are ostensibly advancing exactly what they said they wouldn’t, just a couple of months ago, without immigration provisions, which of course they just rejected under orders from their fantasy sovereign. Maybe adding much of that back in through amendments allows them to claim political credit or something.

Anyway, there’s still much to come, and the ultimate thing emerging from the senate, if they will defy their cult leader, might look a lot like what they just rejected.
