As usual, Blah fails to stay on point - there were major flaws in in the

portion of that defeated bill which failed to adequately address the border security crisis, and, in fact, served to codify the process albeit on a more limited basis. Most Americans agree with the concept of permitting immigration for those truly in need of asylum but adamantly oppose a process which does not adequately control border security.
