RML helped me understand your first paragraph point a little better

You seem better informed about this than me so I will agree that it’s a concern, but I’m still failing to see the connection between what you describe as postmodernism on campus and the rise of anti-Semitism. I do think our college campuses are far more culturally diverse than they were in my day. And that means students come in with diverse political perspectives, and cultural allegiances, which may include different perspectives on Israel and its policies then students born in America may have.
Regarding paragraph three, maybe you need to read the strings completely, then. At least three posters strongly implied, if not firmly stated that the three administrators should be fired because of at least latent antisemitism.

I am inclined to completely ignore your second paragraph, because I’m not willfully blind about anything that we’re discussing here. I am aware that there have been pro Hamama signs and sentiments expressed at protests. My assessment is that these have been clearly a minority of the people protesting to end the deaths in Gaza. I also have a bit of a tough time believing that there has been some latent anti-Semitism unleashed by Israel’s retaliation against Hamas. I am well aware that anti-Semitism exists in our society, in a plentiful amounts, and I believe that they would take advantage of any situation. And while I know some students have expressed pretty awful sentiments, in ways that are directly identifiable to them, I have to admit some skepticism about just who is supporting Hamas in public. And I guess I have this naïve, perhaps, belief that college students particularly those at really good universities are motivated by outrage, often by ignorance, sometimes by fear, but rarely by hate.
