I’m not blaming the victim. Just shocked that the


victim that is usually so vigilant got caught totally unprepared.

Had Israel responded right away and there was still a large loss of life, it would have still be an intelligence failure, but Israel’s delay in responding to protect its own citizens is just hard to believe.
