I guess I worry less about the intrusion here because of what

can (or more importantly cannot) be done with the intrusion. Any court is going to find evidence obtained by such means to be inadmissible. So it's not like the gov't can spy on you, then arrest and prosecute you for what they find.

It doesn't mean we shouldn't be concerned or vigilant about this, or "move along, nothing to see here", but I don't get too worked up about it. It's a fact of life in an all digital world that is not going to go away and I just have to trust (and perhaps strengthen) protections we have built into our constitution.
