But in reality, its more than that, because we are making promises to future generations (the people paying) and couldnt be fulfilled unless there are another generation to pay for it.

My ending point is, while it may be that current year revenues are 85% of current year expenditures, that is irrelevant to your argument. The reason that is irrelevant is because the people paying the current year revenues and the people receiving the current year expenditures are not the same. To be able to claim that the people current receiving the benefits "paid in", you would need to calculate how much was funded by current recipients LTD less how much those recipients have received + are expected to receive. Otherwise you are just saying "its not welfare because of an arbitrary formula that was based on poor assumptions that says I am not on welfare" and "because I am bad at electing representatives that are good at math or just dont care about math for political reasons, the younger generations need to give me more money but not call it welfare because that would hurts my feelings."
