That story is a joke.

There is no news there, just Fox News and Washington Times tag team stories with quotes from "Tea Party Patriots." I hope the IRS continues to look carefully at the nonprofit status of organizations.

One organization, on which I am a board member, underwent an IRS review last year and forced us to tighten up for-profit aspects of our program. Good for them. It should not be abused. Ohio State University law professor Donald Tobin commented: "While some of the I.R.S. questions may have been overbroad, you can look at some of these groups and understand why these questions were being asked."

Oh, yeah. The judge? He is on Donald Trump's list of potential Supreme Court justices. I guess he's not Mexican.
