That's exactly my, and I suspect TK's point (OK TK was probably taking his usual jab at you liberALS too, but that's not surprising). You got away with sneaking in or overstaying your visa. Fine, we're not running around door to door to round you up. But now you've been caught doing something else exposing the fact that you are here illegally. Don't let the door in the Trump Wall hit you on the way out. Whether you've done your time or not. Especially if you've been convicted of a serious crime, but frankly, even if it's just a DUI, I won't lose sleep if you're sent packing either.

Getting away with being here illegally was your lucky break. Don't F it up by committing a crime. (which btw in most cases would get you tossed if you were here legally as I understand it)
