Yeah that's the residential model but not sure that


an array for a multi family development will fit in that model, or if it is necessarily the cheapest path IF the homeowners can use the tax benefits, and most likely they would have to use them only against passive income.

I think the Nevada issue is whether utilities have to "buy" excess solar power, since its at rates that are higher than what they can "buy" power for.
