I also think this is about more than Ukraine. But to carry it a little


further... In addition to having someone pound one of our enemies (yes, this Putin-led Russia is an enemy, let's not debate that), we're pumping a lot of that into American goods and services (some of it will make its way back to the government) and probably modernizing a bit in the process.

I totally agree that we need an accounting of what's being spent where and to what end. But I don't think that's what this is about.
