No, Medicaid. Medicare benefits from having higher payouts, that are


subsidized by even higher paying private insurance patients, to make it easier for providers to absorb into a total practice.

When everybody is under the same system, one entity determines the payout amounts to providers, and that entity has over $34T in debt, what you get is lower payouts available and what we see already now for Medicaid.
