Of officers to qualify as c-corps. The group is integral even to a shell corporation. Other biz entities are collections of individuals who are treated as individuals in some respects (taxes) but enjoy collective rights in others, like entering into and enforcing contracts.
So, no, no word salad gets you out of the fact that you just refuted your own extremism that there’s no such thing as collective rights of groups - the fact that the law allows for the creation of entities to represent those collective rights only reinforces it. Same holds true for towns, for states, for charitable foundations, not to mention individuals collectively joining in lawsuits. Examples are endless.
