Corporations have rights like individuals precisely because they are subject to politics and the law like individuals. If Ron DeSantis, for example, wants to target Disney using government power, then Disney should have free speech rights to make its case in public and lobby government officials for a redress of its grievances.
The individuals and their individual rights inside Disney in this hypothetical are irrelevant, both from the perspective of DeSantis hypothetically targeting Disney and the perspective of Disney fighting for its interests as a distinct legal entity.
