I don’t know her either, but as a US Senator, she must have some agreement or input regarding the words she would be saying. If not that speaks to responsibility as it relates to her job. As for her presentation skills, that is ALL on her. Reading from a teleprompter, all she had to do was to familiarize herself with the words and speak conversationally. I’ve seen better composure and coherence from people who have dropped acid.
The last thing you want to do in an event as a public speaker is to allow you delivery to overshadow the content of your material. This is true if you are giving an oral book report in 4th grade and certainly so as a United States Senator. She managed to make an awful speech appear to be given by a mental patient.
