I can easily imagine them crafting a decision that accepts many of Trump's

arguments about 1A protection or giving him an extremely broad definition of what presidential duties entails. Obviously they won't make it so broad as to allow murder. I'm not willing to bet that the speech at the Capitol, for example, is deemed protected, either under 1A or presidential political speech.
