It isn’t bound by the decisions of courts because any court which doesn’t decide our way is retroactively confirmed to be corrupt. We can’t stand the way the Biden crime family uses lawfare against our sovereign, but when our sovereign threatens it, we cheer because they started it and thus we’re justified.

The dems have to not do that if we all want the US to remain the oldest and most successful democracy ever for our kids. We know repubs will justify anything Trump does to stay in power, in whatever way he says it. Once dems follow suit with essentially “oh yeah! Well, you did it first!” justifications for the unjustifiable, we might as well call it a day on the Great Experiment. Hey, 2 and a quarter centuries was a good run.
