I had a brush c 2009. I was in Madison, WI,


for work. I stepped out of a restaurant and Obama was in town promoting his healthcare proposals (as I recall) folks were lining the streets as his motorcade was expected. So I found a spot and sure enough, his car drove past me, passing maybe 5 feet from me.

Again, pretty anticlimactic.

In an earlier time, my wife and I watched Reagan speak in C'ville. We were pretty far away but saw him and could hear him. I have no idea why he was there anymore.
