Yeah, far as I know, pretty much. I am not aware of a single subset of

Humans who are all genetically incapable of doing anything. I don’t think black people are genetically inferior skiers because there are so few black pro skiers. I think if you pick 20 people of any subset at all you want to define, chosen randomly, you’d find great logic skills, great artistic skills, great athletes, outgoing people, introverts, etc.

I think that’s been thoroughly proven, in a place like America. I’d say every imaginable class of human is represented here, and there’s no overarching genetic disadvantage suffered by any. There are disparities of all kinds, but I strongly believe genetic explanations for them have been completely debunked.
